Two Main Technologies 1. Thermal & Mechanical Delaminating (Sheet Type) • Process: 1. Heating: ACP sheets pass through a heated platform (electric/gas) to soften adhesive/core. 2. Peeling: High-torque rollers strip aluminum skins intact from plastic core. 3. 2. Breken en elektrostatische scheiding (type schroot/poeder) • Proces: 1. Breken: ACP versnipperen in<10mm flakes. 2. Grinding: Mill into mixed aluminum-plastic powder. 3. Electrostatic Separation: High-voltage field separates conductive Al powder from non-conductive plastic powder. 4. Dust Collection: Pulse filter system. • Pros: ◦ Handles scraps, offcuts, broken panels ◦ Fully automated ◦ Al purity up to 99.9% • Capacity: 300–1000 kg/h • Total Power: 60–100 kW
